I hope someone knows how to solve this very annoying problem, and thanks
in advance to anyone who can help me troubleshoot this.

I was having a problem with PC Monitor synchronizing to an account. I
was getting a communication error. When I went into the web console, I
tried to delete the PC Monitor, I got the following error message:

Eric:

What version of Pylon Anywhere were you using? The latest is 5.5.3.

Was the PC Monitor communication error because it couldn't connect to your
email/PIM from Outlook or Notes, or because it couldn't connect to your
server?

Eventhough the ASP errored, did the PC Monitor device get deleted from your
account?

Matt.
