In my login script I used sle for password. I checked the
password property of sle. But after full deployment of the
application, the property does not work. & instead of (***)
it shows character.
How can I solve the problem.I am using PB9,Appeon

It is a known issue in Appeon 2.7 that is recorded in Appeon Release Bulletin.

SingleLineEdit Password property:
If the text of a SingleLineEdit control is initialized in the painter and the
Password property is enabled, the initial text is not converted to asterisks.
However, if the user inputs new text into the SingleLineEdit that text will be
converted to asterisks.

Workaround: Appeon recommends that you do not initialized a SingleLineEdit
control with text in the painter.

This issue is fixed in Appeon 2.8.

Regards,
Julie
