One of my existing application using Tabpage which dynamic
create by using OpenTabWithParm. During the conversion I
found two problems as below:

1. I cannot set userobject's "VScrollBar" property (i.e
uo_userobject.VScrollBar = true)

When this statement applied, error message window
display tell me setProperties error with userobject.

2. ScrollBar cannot be move
To solve the issue, I set "VScrollBar" properties of
UserObject to true through Powerbuilder painter and deploy
to Appeon Server again. This time, I can open the
application and scrollbar is displayed, but I found that it
cannot be move (Scrolldown and Scrollup).

I am currently on evaluation of Appeon 2.8.1 Trail version
by using PB 8.0.4 .
