Hi,

we are almost in the heaven...

upgraded pylon to 5.5.3 and Notes client is 6.5.2 on Pylon server

we have magaged to send entries from the phone to Lotus Notes.

unfortunatelly it doesn't work in the other direction, so phone doesn't
receive anything from Lotus Notes.

I know that 6230 is SyncML 1.1 compatible, and it is on the latest
firmware.

any tip? see the attached darkstar log...

Thanks, Gabor

Gabor:

Do your contacts from Notes show up when synching to other devices? Are they
visible from the Pylon Anywhere Web PIM?

How have you configured Pylon Anywhere to work with your personal contacts?
iNotes? Replicated address books? Other?

If Pylon Anywhere can't retrieve your contacts from Notes, then it obviously
won't be able to send them to the device. Synching with another device (ie:
PPC) and looking at the Web PIM will verify that Pylon Anywhere knows about
your personal contacts.

Matt..

I just found out from Engineering that they discovered this issue in 5.5.3,
and it has been fixed in Pylon Anywhere 5.5.4.

I encourage you to download and install Pylon Anywhere 5.5.4.

If you purchased support when you purchased Pylon Anywhere, you can download
it from downloads.sybase.com. You will need to create a user account and
provide your customer number.

Instructions for doing this should have been sent with your purchased
license key.
