This may have been addressed before but I couldn't find the
answer.

The first I insert a DataWindowControl to a form, I get the
error:
An exception occurred while trying to create an instance of
Sybase.DataWindowControl. The exception was "Exception from
HRESULT: 0x80131019.".

Researching further, I found that I have to change the
project reference datawindow (added by insert of the control
to the form) property "Copy Local" to false. By doing so, I
was able to re-insert the DataWindowControl and any new ones
afterwards with no problem.

But having the Copy Local set to false, the DataWindow.dll
is removed from the project's subdirectory bin. When
running the app, I get an error because it can't find the
DataWindow.dll. I set the Copy Local back to true and it
runs fine, but I cannot make any changes to the datawindow
without setting Copy Local back to false.

My end solution was to leave the Copy Local as false, and
then copy the Datawindow.dll separately to the bin
directory.

P.S. I also have the Datawindow .net 1.0 directory in the
project Reference Path but that did not seem to do anything.

Any suggestions on how not to have to set the Copy Local to
false and then copy the Datawindow.dll separately?
