Hi,

I have an Exchange 2003 and when I log on as one of the
users and try the connection to the exchange server I am
getting "Exchange server and/or mailbox not found or
inaccessible "

How have you configured your user authentication and Exchange access? Feel
free to send screen shots of how you configured the two tabs under Profile
Settings > Pylon Anywhere > Microsoft Exchange > Default.

Most likely Pylon Anywhere does not know the location of the Exchange
mailbox for the user. Perhaps it was not discovered when the accoutn was
created. Did you log in using NT Authentication?

If you log into the Pylon Anywhere website for the user and click on the
Setup > Account tab, is the entry under Server Connections correct?

When you installed Pylon Anywhere, did you follow the steps to provide it
with a test mailbox, etc.?

Matt..
