Hi,

We are using pylon anywhere 5.5.3 (server) and the pda's are p900
sonyericsson. One of our users p900 was broken, we've changed it with a new
one, but all his mails, calendar etc... are on the old p900 and only the new
mails etc... are synchronized on the new P900.
Is there a way to synchronize the 'old' mail on the new p900 ?
Thanks,
Frank

Frank:

Only X days worth of 'old' email are downloaded to the device. You specify
X from the Settings > Sync Settings > Mail - Inbox Settings > Device Cleanup
from the P900. This number has to also be less than the number of days
worth of messages accessible from the Pylon Anywhere Web PIM, which the user
configures from Setup > Account > Performance Settings from the Web PIM.

Please let me know if this answers your question. The default is that 2
weeks of old email will be accessible from the device and Web PIM.

Matt..
