Hi all,

I downloaded the developper edition of SQL anywhere Studio. My final
goal is to install 3 SQL servers on the Windows CE plateform. So I
ordered 3 licenses named "Additional standalone seat license for
personal database and synchronisation for Windows CE".

In the explanation, it is said that I should use the "dblic" utility.
But the dblic utility is only for Win32. I can't use it under Windows
CE, and if I use it on my desktop PC, I can't register the dbsrv9.exe
server for windows CE, because dblic starts it, which fails as
dbsrv9.exe for WinCE cannot run on Win32....

I've now the licenses, how can I make the "OK" button disapear in the
WinCE SqlAnywhere server ????

Thank you for any help.

Best regards.
Alain Paschoud.

I believe that your problem is that you have not yet purchased and installed
a base package. The additional license seats assume that you already have a
production install which you don't appear to have at this point. I think
what you wanted was 1 base package plus 2 additional seats.

With that said, your question would be best answered by a member of the
