Hi Everyone:

Powerbuilder exposes an event called dwndropdown that is triggered
when you do click on the arrow in a dddw pulldown column. the main use
is to not retrieve the dropdown values unless the user requests this,
therby saving time and bandwith.

When i looked at the datawindow control events and inherited
classes i did not see an event i can trap or an equivelent method that
accomlished the same thing.

TIA,

Oren

Just a simple DropDown event now (in DW.Net):

[Visual Basic]
Public Event DropDown As DropDownEventHandler

[C#]
public event DropDownEventHandler DropDown;

[Visual Basic]
Public Delegate Function Sub DropDownEventHandler( _
ByVal Object sender, _
ByVal EventArgs e _
)

[C#]
public delegate void DropDownEventHandler(
object sender,
EventArgs e
)
