Should the fullstate operations keep track of filtered data? My impression
from the documentation was that it did.

I am doing the following:

dw1.retreive( )... 16 rows
dw1.ShareData --> ds1
dw1.Filter( some filter ) 12 rows

dw1.ShareData --> dw2.
dw2.ShareDate --> ds2

ds1.GetFullState( ) --> dsNew.SetFullState( )

for rows = 1 to dsNew.rowcount do...
...
dsNew.rowcount = 16 !!!
...

Is this the expected behavior?

You probably have to use the Filter method on the DataStore you applied to
FullStateBlob too.
