Hi folks,

I have an HP iPaq 2210 and OneBridge sync server version 4.2 running. I
have installed the OneBridge desktop connector and am synchronizing my
device with no problems except for the fact that if I delete a message on my
iPaq, it doesn't replicate back to my notes client. Nor do any messages
which are opened on my iPaq (flagged as unread) reflect that they are opened
on notes either. I have checked to make sure that "delete" is selected
under the Groupware adapter, inbox, notes adapter. And I have also checked
that the Master ID is in the ACL for the mail database and has appropriate
rights to delete. If anyone has any further suggestions or comments as to
what might be happening, or what I might be missing, I'd greatly appreciate
it!

Thanks in Advance,

Hi,

To rule out any client side issues:
Check that the devices notes the changes and send them to the server. (uses
the adapter log file to check this.

If this is not the case verify that the process identifying the changes on
the client side is running. Use Hackmaster or supertasks to look for
CEPIMchange process/service.

If this process/ service is not started then see if it is started after a
soft reset and please contact me as i am very interested in your issues.

Hello Herman,

Looks like I managed to resolve the issue by simply doing a hard reset on
the iPaq and then reinstalling the OneBridge client. Something must have
gone awry with the initial setup of the client which was rectified on the
subsequent install. Thanks very much for your suggestions all the same.
