I've recently stumbled across a Transaction Rollback error.
Customer is running ASA 6. We do have access to ASA 9, but
they have not upgraded. I was looking for a some advice in
this area (reading material or whatever).

Here's a few facts that may narrow down our problem;

1) The database is 441,424 kb (log is 25,216 kb).

2) This database first encountered a transaction rollback
error at the customers site. They did not have a log file
so I unloaded their structure & data and loaded it into a
new db with a log file (no reported errors during this
process). I sent this clean db back to them.

The database was fine at this point. I still have a copy of
this database and it will not bug out on my machine.

3) This database then bugs out at the customers machine
when running Crystal Reports (specifically those with mass
amounts of data to display). They sent me a copy of this
database that bugged and I CAN get this to bug out on my
machine.

I know transactions rollback can be a wide variety of
issues, but I would appreciate any help I can get to narrow
this down.

Sorry, wrong area. I'll move to the appropriate newsgroup.
