I am trying to find the page numbers that were printed using
the RDC report.printout() function. I know I can specify
the page range to print in the function, but I would like to
have the SAME DIALOG pop up that pops up when I say
report.printout(True), and I want to know what page range
(if any) the user entered in there. I don't want to make my
own copy of the dialog; I want to display the one mentioned
above that's built into crystal.

Does anyone know how I can do this?

Thanks,
Dan

If there's any confusion, I'm talking about the Crystal9
RDC. Sorry, forgot to mention that. And I'm using PB9 if
it matters.

Dan:

The only thing I can find that might help is the printingstatus object,
which is a property of the report object. I've never used it, but here's
what the crystal help file says about it:

The PrintingStatus Object provides properties for retrieving information and
setting options for the printing status of a report (for example, number of
pages, latest page to be printed). A PrintingStatus Object is obtained from
the PrintingStatus property of the report object.

Hth,
Jeff
