Hi Newsgroup !!!

I have tried to use a Motorola MPX200 with Pylon Sync Client.

After Installation the mobile phone will be very unstable.

no service - can´t power off - no sync - no gprs - etc.

after MasterReset without Pylon SyncClient the Mobile Phone is normal !!!

Anyone who can Help me ??

What version of Pylon Anywhere are you using?

If you have a support and maintenance agreement, you can download the latest
version of Pylon Anywhere (5.5.4 build 29) from downloads.sybase.com using
your MySybase account.
When creating/updating your MySybase account, you will need to ensure that
you have specified "Technical Support Contact" as one of your roles. In
setting this role, you will need to specify your email address and either
your site ID or your personal Technical Contact ID.



If you need assistance creating your MySybase account, our Customer Service
group would be happy to assist you. Simply call 1-800-8-SYBASE.


This build of Pylon Anywhere resolved some Smartphone stability issues, so I
suggest you download that version, upgrade your server, and try installing
the client again.
