There are two possible problems for the error:
1) The Internet Explorer version is not IE 6.0 SP1, but IE 5.5 or IE 6.0
SP2. IE 6.0 SP1 is the certified version.
Solution: If you are using IE 6.0 SP2, go to Internet Options > Security in
Internet Explorer, make sure the option "Allow active content to run in
files on My Computer" option is enabled. If you are using IE 5.5, please
upgrade the IE version to IE 6.0 SP1.

2) The Windows Script component is corrupted.
Solution: Download the Windows Script component from
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/downloads/list/webdev.asp
and install it to the computer.

If the problem still exists, please do further checking:
1) Check the IE security setting according to Section 3.3.3: "Security
settings" in Appeon Installation Guide.
2) Delete all the files in the directory C:\WINNT\Downloaded Program Files,
and delete IE temporary files.

After that, re-run the application.
