Server: ADS 7.1 running on WIN2K. ADS Configured to use IP Port 211.

Client: XP Pro, Firewall disabled.

We get the 6420 error when connecting to our LAN via a Linksys wireless
connection. Local Server connection (ALS) works ok.

Remote Connection works ok if we connect the same machine to the LAN via
cable instead of wireless.

We have tried disabling firewall settings and enabling ports 0 -1000 in
LinkSys setup.

Is there a specific Linksys or ADS setting we need to check?

Any suggestions appreciated.

Simon Stanley

Try using a direct connect path such as \\127.0.0.1:6262\211\..
