I don't know if it's been this way for a while or not. In Build 10 6064, if
I have a command button with the text &Cancel, I do not get the C
underscored. The quick key does work, it just doesn't display the quick key
character. Picture buttons are working correctly

Are you shure that you doesn't enabled this option in your windows
enviroment? Can your see the underscores when you press the "ALT"-key?
Check the "effects" on the display properties.
