We have been using PB to start BLAT via a dos script generated by the PB
application. It gives you the opportunity to let the user continue with
foreground UI and have the transfer/retries happen in background. Blat also
gives you many encoding/attachment options that you may not want to spend
the time to develope on your own. Mainly we use it to send a screen display
and program information for help/enhancement requests.
