We just startet a project with the most recent Version of OneBridge Mobile Server.

First we configured ONE Groupware Adapter and ONE Groupware Listener for a special Lotus Notes- Server

Then we let some people trie everything.

It turned out, that persons from other locations of the company (OBMG- Server in Germany, persons in Switzerland) had to wait very long
(poor perfornance because of low quality of service for Notes- Port)
So we set up an additional adapter and an additional listener on a Machine in Switzerland.

Everything works fine now, but somehow the listener seems to "cache" the old location and tries to attach to the files on the german server
for the suisse persons as well, though we "moved" them to the other location
( Added new Group, added new authentication, added new Groupware- Action-Set and Trigger, switched these to the new Adapter,
added new Groupware- Change- Trigger, configured this one to use the other Listener, etc. etc. )

New persons from Switzerland are registered with the new Listener without problems, but the existing ones still use the wrong listener.

How can I "unregister" these People from the wrong listener and force them to use the new listener ?

At the moment there always are several error- messages for them in the log:

Category: System
Status: Error

User ID: Suisse01

Description:
Unable to open Memo datastore.
Database: OBMG\suisse01_j.nsf
Server: Germany01/Company

When I check the "Live Connect" View in the Log, then I find out, that these Users have Registrations for ESI-NotesListener.2
(that seems to be on the german server) instead of ESI-NotesListener.4 (that must be on the suisse server).
New Users get "registered" (however) with the ESI-NotesListener.2

Can anyone help me ?

Have you tried to reperform the live connect registration?
 
Also i'm not 100% sure that a multi listener environment is supported....
 
You should be able to reset the notes listener users.
allthough probably the users will need to reregister by deleting some databases
 
these files are related, stop service, delete them and restart.
Data\sync\syncenginedata\seregdb.*
Data\Push\lmusers.*
In Exchange Data
ExchLRegDb.*
ExchlChkp.*
ExchLRecQ.*
ExchLRecQNewItems.*
In Notes Data
Nlusers.*
