Appeon 2.8 support using Profile functions or Registry functions to handle
INI files on Web, but the GetFileOpen function is unsupported.

If your application uses Profile functions or Registry functions to handle
the INI files, you should deploy the INI files to Appeon Server before you
can use them on Web. Detailed steps are:
1) Select the INI file in the Application Profiles Configuration | INI
Files tab.
2) Deploy the application using the Appeon Deployment Wizard. The
selected INI files will be also deployed to the Appeon Server.

Make sure that the Client browser is cookie-enabled, because Appeon uses
cookies to read the correct INI file copy in Appeon Server.

Regards,
Julie
