Hello,

I am not able to make the one button sync work with the win32 Client.
Here is what I have and did on the Win32 Client:(about)
- 5.7 Build 32
- JavaScript Pod v4.0
- Ultralite Pod 9.0.2.2451
I copied the ULConnect.usm and UlConnect.exe to //Avantgo/Pods/

I can see the UlConnect.udb being created successfully. However, it is not
calling the Mobilink redirector.
Any ideas, did I miss anything !

Sam

Okay, so I just got one button synch working using the sample in

ASANY9\Samples\UltraLiteForMBusinessAnywhere\Simple

I followed the instructions in the online docs (not the readme.txt which
has a couple of errors...which I've passed onto docs).

Here are the things you need to have done to get Win32 (or "desktop")
one-button synch working:

- shut down the mBus client
- copy ulconnect.exe and ulconnect.usm to MBUS_CLIENT/pods/
- from Windows Explorer, run ulconnect.exe so that it registers itself
(you'll get a dialog stating it was registered)
- restart the mBus client
- go to a page (or pages) that connects to *your* UL database and set up
synchronization parameters
- either synchronize directly OR call saveSyncParms() so that the
parameters get saved in the ULConnect datastore [at this point, in
Windows Explorer you should see a ULConnect.udb file in the pods directory]
- now perform an mBus synchronization

The current desktop version of ulconnect.exe also creates a log file in
the pods directory called ULConnect.log. Check the contents of that
file after an attempt to do an mBus synch.

Hope this helps,

Can you show us the code you use to set the SyncParms and the code that
calls saveSyncParms() ?
