I'm trying out an eval copy of M-BusinessAnywhere Developer. I have
successfully installed it, and configured a couple of test channels. I
connected to the admin page and downloaded the PalmOS client. After syncing
the Palm, when I click on the M-Business icon, the Palm gets a
FatalException and forces a reset of the Palm.

Environment:
PalmVx 8MB
PalmOS 3.5.3
(AvantGo was previously installed and working)

Thanks for any insights...
Bob Bailey

I would go into AGConnect and click on "refresh all content" and sync again
to see if it clears up the problem.

AGConnect was replaced with MBConnect. I tried the refresh all and
re-synced.

The fatalexception still occurs right after I click the M-Business icon.

Have you had previous version of either the consumer client
(agconnect/avantgo) or the mbusiness client (mbconnect/.mbusiness client) on
this palm? If so you may want to delete all the avantgo/mba prcs from the
device and reinstall. It sounds like the client is trying to load a POD that
is not compatible with the version you have. Another possibility is you
don't have enought memory, how full is your device?

You may be right. In between these messages, I removed the mbusiness client
and reinstalled the avantgo client. The problem stopped and I could see the
data from both the avantgo server and my mbusiness server.

I'll completely remove the avantgo client and try reinstalling mbusiness,
though it seems to work OK with the avantgo client.
