I am doing a remote install of ASA 9.0.2. I have sent all
of the files from the CD to the remote server. When I click
setup.exe, nothing happens. There is no warning, error,
nothing. I can do the same here and it works fine. Any
ideas on what the issue is?

Try running "setup.exe" from a DOS console and see if there are any
errors. Also check the TaskManager to see if "setup.exe" is still a
running process.

BTW: can you define what you mean by "remote server" ? When you "click
setup.exe", how are you running this application *on the remote server*
(i.e. via MS Remote Deskop? VNC? PC Anywhere?)
