Has anybody successfully used the postURL method in pb10?

It seems that argument data gets garbled before it is sent
out and that the stream received back from the postURL also
gets garbled. I use the "standard" postURL logic that is
displayed in every example ever written. I am running pb
v10.2.

I've been using the inet.postURL successfully in V8 and V9.
It no longer appears to work in V10. Any suggestions? Do I
have to install something special to make it work?

It's probably a problem with unicode vs ansi. All string in PB10 are
unicode.

Try converting to ANSI

is_data = string(data, EncodingANSI!)
