Hello,

When logging into the M-Business Anywhere web interface as admin, I am
unable to delete personal channels from any user. Also, when I change a
channel's location (url), the change seems to be made in the database,
but the location does not appear when I attempt to view the channel's
details.

Thank you.

What version of mBA are you using?

What do you mean by "unable to delete personal channels"? What happens
when you try?

Is there a chance that this is a browser-caching issue? Which browser
and version?

Thank you for the reply Greg.

I'm using M-Business Server version 5.5, build 142. I'm confident it's
not a browser caching issue. I've tried it with both IE and Firefox,
and I've tried clearing the cache on both before attempting the
operation. When I say that I am unable to delete a user's personal
channel, I mean that when I select a user's personal channel, then click
the delete button on the bottom of the "Edit Channel" page
(/admin/edit_group_channel.html), nothing happens. The channel appears
in the list of personal channels, and it continues to sync to the
handheld for that user. Now, users are able to remove personal channels
through the client on the handheld. This fact, combined with the fact
that channel details do not appear on the "Edit Channel" page, make me
suspect that there is a password or permission issue with this page.
Any additional help is much appreciated.

Thanks,
Isaac McGowan

This is a problem beyond newsgroup support. You should contact iAnywhere
support and send them your ui_error.log files.
