There is a problem, if you use pc-monitor and a
proxy-server. In this case tcp-port 3102 can not be opened.
The pc-monitor can not establish a session to pylon server.
Changes of the PDA stay on pylon server and wait of next
connection by pc monitor.
The pc-monitor starts synchronisation after next change on
your groupware server.

Question: How can you set a interval, by editing the
registry, for automatically synchronisation by PC-Monitor?
These will be a nice workaround.

If you have any other idea, let’s me know pls.

Thanks and c.u. L8er

If you use "browser" and to get to newsgroups, you have to
choose a product. And after choosing "pylon" you get only
"ianywhere.public.general" to select!

Pls. show me how can I get over "browser" to
"ianywhere.public.pylonanywhere.general" !?

iAnywhere has several products in the Pylon line. There is a newsgroup that
focuses on the PylonAnywhere product. The rest of the pylon products are
handled in this group.

To get to the PylonAnywhere newsgroup use below URL.
http://www.ianywhere.com/support/newsgroups.html#pylon_anywhere

I will notify our web team that selecting pylon on forums.sybase.com
only lists the public.general and does not show the pylonanywhere.general
newsgroup.

thanks,
Shuchit

I think I understand your confusion. We have four products in the Pylon
family, Pylon Anywhere, Pylon Application Server, Pylon Pro, Pylon
Conduit.

Pylon Anywhere has a large enough, and active enough, installed base to
justify its own newsgroup.

This link takes you to the Pylon Anywhere newsgroup link
http://www.ianywhere.com/support/newsgroups.html#pylon_anywhere
The other Pylon products do use the general newsgroup
