I've got this in place but once the information is stored in
the database the credit card number is encrypted - below is
an example of a credit card number as stored in the db:

I have an exe (Decrypt.exe) that I want to create an OLE
object for - how do I do this?

What is Decrypt.exe, who wrote it?
What provides the encryption for DB storage?
