Hello,

I have a channel for a group in M-Business server. That
channel link to a web application that needs the user name
and passoword.

It works fine until yesterday.

I remembered that I clear the Authentication Info and the
others caches. I don't know how to make my channel works
again. When I sync, the channel doesn't show anything, I
guess because I cleared the cache.

What I can do?

Thanks in advanced.

Oscar.

Hello - I'm having the same problem - I upgraded to the latest release of
m-biz and the problem started - existing channel that required
username/password/domain logon continue to work (credentials in cache) - new
channels requiring logon get "Authentication Failure" message despite valid
credentials -

- any info would be great -

thanks, chris o.

hello all - I submitted a case on this, but it doesn't look like tech spt
has anything on this -

- while playing, it appeared that the challenge (username, password and
domain) didn't work for valid accounts most of the time - it worked most
frequently when the domain was left blank (?) - my server is in my domain;
most of the servers requiring logon are in a different domain (!) -

- so finally, I decided to clear web caches on the server (cache,
authorization and cookies) - it seemed to solve the problem and I still do
not have to enter the correct domain info (?) -

...wel, it still takes multiple attempts to authenticate and when it does,
it most frequently connects if I leave out the domain (?)...
