I explain to you, one user work in a Window with the
TreeView, another user in another window insert record to
the database, the first user can't see the news records in
the TreeView, so the user have to leave the window and open
it again.
I'm going to put a button this has to refresh the TreeView
but I'don't know how refresh the TreeView

Oh, but you do. I mean, you populate the treeview when the window first
opens, right? Just call that same code from your button. And if that
script does more than just populate the treeview, then you should
probably take the treeview stuff and move it to a separate window
function and call that new function from both places.

Obviously you have to re-retrieve the data. While retrieving the new
data re-populate your treeview and voilá.
