so long applying received messages
we have about 18000 files (received messages on disk)
and start sql remote
dbremote -rp 1 -c
"eng=ser;dbn=base;uid=dba;pwd=sql;commlinks=tcpip" -m 200m
-w 1-o c:\result.txt -k f:\copy_base

applying 1 message about 1-2 min

This timing may be quite reasonable.

SQL Remote opens message files in the order they are presented by the
message system. If the first message read happens to be a complete message,
meaning that it is a 1 part message and does not contain a large transaction
spread over multiple message files, and this message starts at the offset
required to be applied first from this user, then the message can be applied
immediately.

However, with 18,000 messages waiting there is a good chance that the
message we need to apply first in sequence will not be the first message
that we get to read. In that case we will have to continue reading and
caching messages until we find the message that we do need to apply first in
the sequence. In a worst case scenario the first message that we can apply
may be the last message that we read, that means that we could end up
reading all 18,000 messages before we can apply any of them.

If you were to post the result.txt output file that you are generating, that
would give us more information to work with in providing feedback.
