Not without a LOT of work on your part. PowerBuilder 9.0 introduced
the EJB client functionality which you can use with OAS. There is a
whitepaper on sybase.com that provides an example of PowerBuilder 9
(or 10) connection to a number of 3rd-party J2EE servers including
OAS. With PowerBuilder 8, you'll have to write the interface to the
server from scratch.
