Is it possible to have bi-directional replication for tables with IDENTITY
columns ? How can we keep the IDENTITY columns in sync between the servers
?

Yes it is possible according to sybase tech support. You just have to add
the column in your repdef with the identity tag. If an identity value is
inserted in the primary, repserver takes the values to the secondary and
executes the command set identity insert on for that transaction and inserts
the value and then sets the identity_insert to false. It will work the same
way, if the value comes from the secondary to primary as you want the system
to be bidirectional or multiple master.

I hope this helps.......
