Hello

When logging in to pylon to setup a new user, were you get prompt to locate
your notes.id file, we get an error saying
you are not allowed to route through this server when doing a lookup on the
id.

It has worked ggreat so far.
The notes client on the pylon server can access the domino server, browse
the db´s.
Pylon server has been restarted.
pylon 6.3.2.
Tried another user id, but same error.

When you say that it had worked great so far, are you saying that in the
past you had been able to use this method to initialize users in the past?
Was that on the same version of Pylon Anywhere? How long ago?

Have there been any changes to the Domino server configuration since then?
(the Domino server specified as the Lookup server in the Pylon Anywhere
Domino profile)?

Have you tried using the user ID file of a user that has already been set up
successfully(ie: that you know has worked in the past)?

Can you send a screen shot and any log messages that are generated?

From the Pylon Anywhere Admin Console, do you get the same erro if you try
to set up the user's connection using "Use Website as User"?

Thanks..

Matt..

Iam so sorry.

the error message is You are not allowed to use passthru to access this
server.

So clearly it has to do with passthru with certain users.

In the notes log we have the error message
You are not allowed to route through this server.

So nothing is wrong with pylon, so sry.

No problem at all. Thanks for posting the resolution, as it wil be helpful
if anyone else runs into this. If you have any other specifics about how you
resolve on the Notes side, please feel free to post here.

Yes.
Yes.
Dont know, but another thing is that it works for two admins, removed one
admin and setup him up again worked great, however std users wont work, i
tried to put them into the admins group in notes and it worked...mmm seems
to be problem with the passthru for std users.

I will se if i can find what rights they should have thru the server.....

I´ll be back
