This functionality should be easy. I am tired of creating
triggers (and our users are, too). :)

Thanks,

Hi Matt,

Can you elaborate on this? How would you like it to behave?

Jason,

I can probably answer this for Matt.

Other DBMS implement "on delete cascade" which means that if you delete
a parent record that has children (i.e., FKs) then the child records
are also deleted.

We can debate the merits of whether this is "a good thing" from here to
eternity, but the bottom line is that other DBMS do it, and therefore
the users are used to being able to do this.

If Sybase wants to remain competitive, this is the kind of feature that
the paying customer would like to see.
