I believe there are features built into Appeon now to do file upload.

We did a project that we built a separate web application to do file
uploads. We then added a hyper link in our Appeon application to call this
URL with parms. The page gets the keys and uses a servlet to upload the
files. It's not hard. You can find many examples of Servlets to do uploads.
All you need is the information from appeon passed to the new web app as
parameters, example customer_key. Now the upload grabs the uploaded file and
key and passes it to a pb component to process. I assume pb component
because you are using appeon.

You do need basic understanding of web applications and eas components.

Hi Arturo fuentes,

If you want to upload to the Appeon Server with INI files, pictures and DLL/OCX files that are used in the PowerBuilder application, you can configure Appeon Developer and then deploy those files to the Appeon Server using Appeon Deployment Wizard.

If you want to upload  files to the Appeon Server during the runtime of the application, you can fulfill it by enabling the FTP service or sharing an folder on the Appeon Server.

Regards

Sally
