How can I use dbunload application only for extract stored procedures?

You cannot. You can use dbunload to unload schema and then extract the
content for stored procedure.

As Chris says, you can't get ONLY the stored procedures.
But you CAN get only the SCHEMA.

dbunload -n (no data).
From there it is easy to pull out the source for the procedure.
