I just installed Pylon Client on the device. The user is
using Bluetooth via Cell phone to connect to Internet.
Pylon is waking up every few minutes to do something. Yes,
the Push settings have been changed to 4 hours or even with
disabled ReadySync and Push, Pylon wakes up to do something.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
- Subin

Subin:

Which tpye of Tungsten device are they using? What version of the Pylon
Anywhere client?

A number of Palm fixes were introduced in Pylon Anywhere 6.3.2 - - one
specifically to address a wakeup issue on Tungsten T5 when both Push and
ReadySync were disabled.

If you are using a T5, can you confirm what version of the PA client you are
using? If not, check the supported platforms matrix at
http://www.ianywhere.com/products/supported_platforms_pylonanywhere.html to
ensure that the device you are using is supported.
