Which the problem in rotating that script, of the error " Item '
Cursor_Movto' already exists ",
I am closing the Cursor, even so the problem happens

You cannot declare the same variable twice in a stored procedure. You'll
need to either declare the cursor once at the start of the procedure, or
consider using "DECLARE cursor_name CURSOR USING @variable_name" to define a
cursor based on the contents of a variable. That will allow you to modify
the SQL of the cursor between OPENs in your SP. See the following section
of the docs :
