Hi all,

A question about licensing.

Is it possible to connect to several databases with a license of Appeon
enterprise?

We are thinking about deploying an application, connecting to different
databases, and don´t know if we have to purchase one Appeon license for each
database we want to connect to, or only one Appeon license for the server
where we will deploy the application.

Thans in advance,

Juan Manuel Herreros

Juan,

As far I know, Appeon Enterprise/Advance Edition license will count on the
Application Server Box CPU number only and is nothing to do with number of
databases. Please contact your sales rep to double confirm this.

Regards,
Victor

Juan and Victor,

Yes, each license of Appeon (Developer, Development & Test, Advanced
Production, or Enterprise Production) allows you to connect to any number of
databases you desire within the same application or multiple applications.

Regards, Rex
