Probably not without a wrapper function in current versions. I'm a bit
rusty on my PB but I don't believe the need for a wrapper function when
calling arbitrary functions in a dll has changed. You may get a more
informed response on the PB newsgroups

The only real limitation I know of with calling APIs from PowerBuilder is
that you can't invoke methods that require pointers to callback routines...

You just declare an NVO, and encode the API calls as local external
functions.
