Are any of your PBLs being shared with another application or developer?

Check your hard drive for versions of pbvm70.dll. You should only have the
one in "program files\sybase\shared\powerbuilder"

If that doesn't help, try:
- create a new PBL
- copy the objects, one by one into the new PBL
- exit PB
- use standard file system commands to rename old PBL to <name>.old and
rename new PBL with exact name of old one.
- open up PB and do a full rebuild
- post any errors you get from the rebuild
