Hi, I just installed the RFID Anywhere, when I was trying to use the
Administrator Console, it asked me to give the user name and password, what
are they? I tried to use my computer's user name and pw, but it doesn't
work, could someone help me with this?

Thank you very much!

Hai Zeng

Hai:

You can log in the Administrator console using any account that has local
Administrator priveleges - either a local or domain account.

Your best bet is to create a new user on your machine, and put them in the
Administrator's group. There are detailed instructions on how to do this in
the RFID Anywhere Getting Started Guide - - see the section called Creating
a local administrator account in the Installation instructions section - -
page 24 in latest Getting Started Guide.

Hope this helps,

Matt..
