Not sure if you're running on Linux or not, and I know that is not a
requirement for either PHP or Apache, but you will probably find more PHP
folks in the sybase.public.sqlanywhere.linux forum.

I replied to the post you had in an older thread:

Is SQL Anywhere Studio installed on this machine?
Is %ASANY9%\win32 in the path of the Apache2 service?

Since you are running on Windows (the path to the PHP file, the fact
that you are using a .DLL), the appropriate newsgroup for this question
would be:

sybase.public.sqlanywhere.general

This newsgroup (ianywhere.public.general) if for other iAnywhere
products that do not have their own newsgroup.
