Do you know how I can manipulate data and properties of ms-graph in real
time in pb105?

The properties and methods of an OLE application are defined by the vendor,
not by the development tool trying to use them. You'll have to find some
good documentation on what OLE commands MS Graph supports. I found this in
a quick search:
