Hi,

I am unable to logon to RFID Anywhere. The error # is 1314.

All the pre-requisites have been installed. There was no
error while installing RFID Anywhere 2.5. All other settings
in "Administrator Tools" have been set.

My computer runs on Windows 2000 Professional. I have the
latest windows updates. I have IIS 5.0 installed in it.
Cannot upgrade to IIS 6.0 (due to the current OS version).

Please let me know why am I not able to logon........

1) Is it purely due to older OS version
2) Is it due to older IIS version
3) Is it related to some other configuration to be checked.

Will installing Windows XP SP2 or Windows 2003 Server SP1 &
IIS 6.0 solve my problem?

Please help..........

You need to run Windows XP SP2 or Windows 2003 SP1. I have never
installed the software on an unsupported platform so I have no ability
to determine whether the specific behaviour you are seeing is due to
running on an unsupported platform.

RFID Anywhere is not supported on Win2K, only WinXP and
Win2K3.
