Hi,

Just as I had finally installed the software, I am now
trying to run the Inventory Tracker application, I have
followed the tutorial steps, which follow:

-Glimpsed Timeout property, type 100ms
-Lost Timeout property, type 100ms (milliseconds)
-Observed Threshold property, type 100ms (milliseconds)
-Observed Timeout property, type 100ms (milliseconds)
-Cycles Per Trigger property, type 1.
-Read on Start property, choose True.
-Name property, type InvTracSim1.
-Browse and locate the file reader1.smt
-Click the green disk

THEN I get the folloring error (see attached img):
"Index was outside the bounds of the array".

can some one please help, I really want to get this softare
to work.

regards,

unisa.

In the latest documentation, we updated the smoothing properties to be 2s,
5s, 2s and 2s. (see more info on smoothing in the Smoothing Tech Tip on the
Insider site).

Also, to confirm which property is throwing this error, can you try to save
the connector after changing each property that you outlined below?

Thanks..

Matt..

Can you start the components one at a time to narrow down the one that has
the problem? I believe you said you were starting them all (simulators,
business module, etc.) at the same time.
