I tried the example and works real good! But when adapted to a MDI
application, the PB environment hangs on exit. Perhaps the disconnection
from object should be placed at the close application event?

I haven't tried it personally, but Stardock (www.stardock.com) has a product
called DirectSkin as one of their corporate solutions. It's the same technology
that they use in their WindowBlinds product, which I used to use some time ago.
Support for PB apps was spotty with WindowBlinds v3 but got much better with v4.
The latest version of WB is v5, so you can assume that the compatibility with PB
apps is even better... definitely worth a trial. Unfortunately, I can't remember
how well the product worked with datawindows and I can't install it on this
machine to test.
