My EAServer installion works fine when I deploy Jbuilder
projects through it. However, when I tried setting it up in
Workspace and connect I receive the following error "Could
not create connections for one or more extensions -DETAILS-
Error connecting to the WST Repository extension on profile.

It still says it is connected but when you try to deploy it
tells me to use the startup script or start the server
manually, but it is already running.
Any help would be great.
Thanks,

Some possible causes:

i) Your EAServer may not have Web Services installed. If you don't remember
whether you installed it or not, check the contents of the
Repository\WebApplication folder and see if there is a sybasewst folder. If
there isn't, you don't have Web Services installed, which of course
completely explains why WorkSpace can't connect to it.
ii) The WorkSpace EAServer connection profile that you are using may not
have the correct Web Services port and protocol. Double check the values you
have set there against the listeners you have setup for EAServer.
iii) Something else strange is going on. Check your .metadata\.log file and
EAServer's log file(s) for anything out of the ordinary.

Let me know what you find.
