I am running ASA 9.0 on win32 and upgraded to 9.02 since the
upgrade my users are losing most if not all data they enter.
it seems that the log files are rolling back most of the
changes. this problem is pretty much shutting the company
down. if anyone has any solution please reply.

We'll need a lot more detail than you have provided in order to comment
meaningfully.

If transactions are truly being rolled back, then that would indicate that
the transactions are not being committed. Rolling back an uncommitted
transaction would be the proper behaviour if an application disconnected
without issuing the commit.

I understand that it "worked" with 9.0.0 and that it "doesn't work" with
9.0.2, but I also know that 9.0.2 has been available since late 2004 so if
there a problem as blatant as '9.0.2 doesn't properly commit operations'
then we would definitely have heard about it.

At this point the upgrade to 9.0.2 may be part of the issue but it is
equally likely that something else changed in your environment. One
possibility that comes quickly to mind is an application change that turned
off an autocommit behaviour.
