I'm using ASA 9. My current system timestamp is 30 minintes
ahead. I know how to "selcet current timestamp" But, how do
I set it back 30 mins?

What do you mean your "current system timestamp is 30 minutes ahead"?

When you do "select current timestamp", do you get a time value that is
30 minutes ahead of the real time? If so, then this is the operating
system of the server machine that is giving ASA the time, therefore that
machine's clock needs to be adjusted to the proper current time.
